I have an ex-wife who made a verbal agreement in 2016 that if I took her name off the mortgage, she would stop child support, provided I continue to pay for the children's medical coverage, my son's hockey, and help with my daughter's volleyball. Now, she has reneged on the deal and taken me back to court, resulting in a court order for arrears. Can I file a motion or sue her for all the medical, hockey, and half of the mortgage payments from when she abandoned the marital home?
