I hired a freelancer to call 12 of the defendant's supposed past clients. Out of the 12, 6 answered, 1 cussed off the freelancer, 1 said they would never buy wine again from the defendant, and 3 said they had never bought any wine from him. The freelancer disclosed that the calls were being recorded, sent me the recordings and transcripts. How can I present this in court and what evidence should I present to the judge?

We have been dealing with a UIM first party claim for almost 10 years with State Farm in Illinois. The process has been confusing, with our attorney initially wanting to withdraw and then offering to take the case back.
