I have been caring for my 83-year-old mother, who has become angry with me and my daughter for not supporting her untruthfulness. She has changed the locks to her house and removed me from anything associated with her. She has a handwritten will that is not notarized. What are my legal rights if she were to die, and do I have any rights to access the house legally? The house is in my deceased father's name, and he did not have a will. The situation is in Nashville, Tennessee.
