I have been communicating with someone claiming to be stationed in Ukraine who discovered a large sum of money and wants me to hold it for them. They have asked for $8000 to get it through customs and now an additional $30800 to release it from customs. Is this a fraud and what should I do?

I saw a psychotherapist for ten years due to an abusive and traumatic childhood. After terminating therapy, I discovered she published a 'fictional' novel containing scenarios from my personal history. While she didn't use my name, I'm disturbed that she used my trauma for her own gain. Do I have any private legal recourse or any recourse at all?
