I live in AZ, my husband recently passed away and I found out he had a line of credit loan with a credit union. There is no life insurance, he was retired but I'm too young to collect his social security and I'm going to get $192 a month from his one retirement. I'm not going to receive anything from his other retirement because he didn't set it up for me to get anything. I work and my wage and he has left me in a horrible financial situation. So, can the credit union make me pay them for my husband's debt?
