I was arrested for Public Intoxication by Dallas PD on 10/24/13 after exiting my vehicle in a parking lot. The officers did not conduct a sobriety test, did not read me my rights, and did not provide a citation. I have a release to appear authorization with no citation number, only a City Book-In number. I am supposed to appear before 10/14, but I live three hours away. How can I get more time to appear, and what are the least costly options for disposing of the case without a conviction record?

Can you find a case or cases in Florida where a judge led a party to add things to their request to the court, that caused more burden on the adverse party? And that case(s) apply to disqualification of the judge? Specifically, can you find case law that speaks about the judge "participating," adding things or giving tips, or "soliciting" people to say things or take certain actions? Also, can a judge "lead" a witness or party?

I ordered a gun from Gundealeronline.com, sent a check, and never received the gun. I have spoken to them numerous times, and they said it was not in stock. I requested a refund, which they agreed to send, but I have not received it since 1/16/2013. I have called every two weeks. What is my next course of action?
