I have been experiencing discrimination and favoritism at work for the past two years, primarily from a specific manager (Fabrizio) and his trainee (Giuseppe). Despite numerous complaints to HR, no action has been taken. Recently, a colleague (Jonathan) was fired after a dispute with Giuseppe, and I was called into a meeting with HR where they accused me of planning to sue the company. I have been documenting these issues and am considering filing an EEOC complaint. Should I share my evidence with HR now, or wait until the EEOC process or a potential trial?

What legal actions can I take, and how can I ensure the owner is held accountable for their dog's actions?

For the past week or so, I have been receiving non-stop calls from a collector at work, harassing me and my coworkers from about 9 or 10 in the morning till 4pm, even when I'm not at work. My blood pressure has gone up, and I'm worried he might make me lose my job. My boss tried to talk to him, but he still doesn't listen and continues to call. I made a time and date to pay him, but it also didn't help; he continues to call along with his boss. He is driving me crazy, and I also have a bad heart and don't want to keep arguing with him on my job. Despite what I say and ask him to not call me at work, he still does, about 10 to 15 calls in 5 to 10 minutes. What can I do?
