I have been practicing on a lapsed Pennsylvania professional counselor (LPC) license since 2/2011. I found out yesterday when I received a voicemail and email from an investigator with the PA board. I have a full independent practice (LLC). What are the possible sanctions for me?

I saw a psychotherapist for ten years due to an abusive and traumatic childhood. After terminating therapy, I discovered she published a 'fictional' novel containing scenarios from my personal history. While she didn't use my name, I'm disturbed that she used my trauma for her own gain. Do I have any private legal recourse or any recourse at all?

I have a PD plate on my car, a Chrysler 300, and received an overtime ticket marked with the correct tag number but listed the wrong car as a Cadillac. Can this be legal and should I fight this?
