I have been visited by two police officers concerning a complaint made by my neighbors about harassment due to the slamming of a wheelie bin lid. I was asked to move the bin but refused as others, including my neighbors, place their bins near a communal wall. I was warned that if the police return, they will arrest my husband and me for questioning. There has been an ongoing noise dispute with my neighbors. My husband gave our neighbor verbal permission to park a boat temporarily in our driveway. 5 months have gone by and the neighbor has been verbally told to move the boat. A month has passed and the boat is still there. The boat is an old, ugly, eyesore. What is our next legal move?

I live in the state of PA. I was arrested for a DUI by state police officers and went to the police barracks 2 days later to be processed, but the computer broke and I was not able to get processed that night. I was asked to come back in when the computer was properly working, but I never got a phone call to come back in. I never received any paperwork in the mail regarding my blood test, processing at the state police barracks, or my fines. Is there a statute of limitations on the time I have to be processed by, after my date of arrest? If so, what is it? And if so, can my case be thrown out of court for this reason?
