Regarding my case involving corruptcourts.com in Westchester, I have concerns about the court's incompetence, lack of professionalism, and the handling of my MTC (Motion to Compel) without a Sworn Statement and 3rd party submission. What should I do to address these issues?

I'm trying to decide if I should join a class action lawsuit against them, considering the possibility of bankruptcy and the implications for my funds. What are the potential downsides of joining a class action suit, and should I consider filing independently now that the SEC has filed a lawsuit against both institutions?
