I have issues with my business partner in a company started last year in September. We agreed that he would handle purchases, accounting, and inventory, but he has not provided any bank statements, inventory details, or timely invoices. Additionally, he ordered a container of defective materials from China. We decided to end our partnership in August 2022 and agreed to split the remaining money and inventory 50/50, but during our meetings to finalize the balance sheet, he left with all the documents. What legal actions can I take?
