I have issues with my business partner in a company started last year in September. We agreed that he would handle purchases, accounting, and inventory, but he has not provided any bank statements, inventory details, or timely invoices. Additionally, he ordered a container of defective materials from China. We decided to end our partnership in August 2022 and agreed to split the remaining money and inventory 50/50, but during our meetings to finalize the balance sheet, he left with all the documents. What legal actions can I take?

I live in a mobile home park in Marlboro, MA. I own the house but rent the land. I sold the house to a company, but the park manager broke the contract. Since then, I have become disabled and have been in a nursing home for long-term care. The management is unsympathetic, and I have to pay $967 monthly for the land. I have no money and am three months late on rent. I have listed the house for sale with their permission, but it needs a lot of work. I also have a cat that I can't catch, so I can't stop paying rent. What can I do if I can't afford to pay the rent, and what would happen if I just walked away?

Do I need an ID to enter a financial aid office, talk to any college office, or enter a workplace to apply for a job? If I don’t have an ID, can I still enter these places?

I am renting office space in Tennessee, and my base rent has remained the same since I started. A new property manager is asking me to pay double the base rent or leave the space. No new contract has been provided. Is it legal for the property manager to do this?
