I was fired from my part-time job at Cardinal Health, a large public company, for losing three phones in a 12-month period while out on deliveries. When I went to the appeal hearing, I expected it to be just myself and the EDD, but Cardinal Health was there with an attorney, and I feel I was out-lawyered. Do I have a good case, and what could be the potential outcome?
