I have not worked since the pandemic started and my bank took the interest from a CD to pay a bill against my wishes. Now, I cannot pay the interest payment on my CD, and I believe they did this on purpose to cause me to be late and then take my CD. What steps can I take to address this issue, and how can I hold the bank responsible for violating my rights?

Do you have a department that investigates fraudulent websites? I ordered a pair of men's boots from Gentryzee.com, but after a lengthy wait, my bank, Wells-Fargo, determined the site was fraudulent and refunded my money. I want to get this information out to the public because they're still sending emails claiming my order is on the way.

I'm a single mother struggling with housing issues in Oak Shadows, Houston, Texas. I've been taken advantage of by previous management, who overcharged, didn't provide leases or receipts, and now new management is bullying residents. I've been living in a condemned apartment without proper utilities and am unsure of what my rent should be. I receive SSI but am overwhelmed and don't know what steps to take. I'm not sure what kind of lawyer to contact for help. Can you advise on what legal actions I can take and what type of lawyer I should seek?

For a growing service business with high turnover, I'm considering switching to a PEO company that manages HR, taxes, payroll, and benefits. What are the standard practices for employee benefits in labor service companies, and are these benefits typically tax deductible for the employer? Additionally, should I source benefits like dental, vision, and health insurance from an insurance company rather than a payroll company, and who should handle 401k or retirement benefits?

My boss and I both had an opportunity to make lateral moves within our company. He asked me to travel and start working out of a different office location, and I did so by purchasing an apartment. He assured me multiple times that I was not being demoted and that this was not a field position. Despite this, after training my replacement, I was informed that my current title was not available for the new role and I would have to accept a field position/demotion. The company also won't let me stay in my old role because they 'already gave it to someone'. Is this all ethical/legal?
