I have notified my leasing office twice about the rat problem in my unit and they only took action after the second notification. I am still seeing rats and have withheld some rent due to this issue. They served me with a notice after they 'so-called' fixed the problem. Am I still required to give them the rest of the rent or would this be considered grounds for me to legally break my lease?
