I have been sued, but they got my name wrong and sued a company I have no idea about. The trial is set for November 6th, which requires a 6-hour car trip and an overnight stay. I recently had open heart surgery and cardiac stents, and I want to postpone the trial until after my follow-up with the cardiologist in December. What should I do?

I live in a POA community in SC where the POA has changed the mailbox style and size, requiring everyone to purchase new mailboxes from them by a certain date or face fines. The original mailboxes were also purchased from the POA. The new mailboxes were unpopular, so the POA amended the governance to require the new smaller mailboxes. This seems unfair as other changes were grandfathered in. Do we have any legal recourse?

I leased a new car on 2/16/2013, but when I went to pick it up, it was a different car, not even the correct color. The contract included the wrong color and no VIN number of the car I thought I was leasing. I made a note of the correct VIN on my iPhone. The salesman admitted to the mistake, and the sales consultant offered to correct it. However, I now have buyer's remorse and want to get out of the lease. What is your advice on this issue?
