I have paid the current rent due, but my landlord is claiming there is a balance from unpaid rent from November 2017, which I was never notified about. I have all receipts showing rent was paid. My lease is not up until October, but he sent a letter saying we have to move out because he wants to sell the property. What should I do since I have no record of him sending me anything regarding a past due amount?
