I have questions pertaining to a judgment and possible lien on my property in Indiana. The judgment was from 5/29/09 and is close to being expired. I want to know how I find out if it's renewed and how it could be attached to my property that had both me and my husband on title when the judgment is only on me.

I bought a lot in May 2005 and began building a house approved by the ACC. I bought an additional lot in November 2005. The Developer gave up their Declarancy before the homes were completed, and the new Board of Directors recorded new restrictions in February 2006 called Architectural Guidelines against all of the subdivision without a vote, much less 75% as required by the CCR's. The Board of Directors is trying to make us comply with the newer stricter standards, such as wood windows (aluminum was previously allowed), specific plants, sizes, specific plant beds around driveways, of which their own homes do not comply, and our loan does not cover these additional costs. Does Texas Property Codes define restrictions as anything recorded against a property, restriction, even administrative, etcetera?

Can a lawsuit be brought against a state district attorney and the sheriff department in Randolph County, Illinois, for not adequately investigating the suspicious death of my son, including issues such as lack of communication, failure to process forensic evidence, and unprofessional conduct? Additionally, can the FBI be involved due to potential federal offenses related to the case, and can a complaint be filed with the bar association regarding the state attorney's conduct?

I have been served with a summons from a customer in a Northern California county, but my business is in Southern California. Doesn't the customer have to serve me in my county since the work was done here? The summons is from a Ukiah California court, and my business is in Downey California.

I put a deposit with a builder in April 2006, and now the price of the same model type of house has come down by $15,000. Can I ask them to lower the price of my house to match the current selling price, or am I out of luck?
