I have two serious injuries, one from a worker's comp incident and another from a car accident. I returned to work at a state university in January 2019 with agreed-upon workplace accommodations, but HR has been unresponsive and the new dean canceled my office equipment order. Now, HR wants to meet with me and the university's attorney to discuss accommodations. Is it advisable to meet with them, and am I required to allow their legal representative to be present during the meeting?
