I run a marketing firm that helps interventional radiologists find patients for specific medical procedures like uterine fibroid embolization and genicular artery embolization. The cardiologist plans to have an interventional radiologist present for the first 5 procedures. If a complication occurs on a patient we helped find, is there legal exposure to my marketing firm? Could there be issues around the 'scope of practice' of the cardiologist?

I want to hold the state responsible for the mistreatment of my mother and other patients at Woodside Hospital in Ohio, which affected their quality of life. I also want to start a foundation to prevent the construction or funding of such inhumane facilities and provide a support system for affected individuals. What legal options do I have, given that the mistreatment occurred in the 1980s and 1990s?
