I want to hold the state responsible for the mistreatment of my mother and other patients at Woodside Hospital in Ohio, which affected their quality of life. What legal options do I have, given that the mistreatment occurred in the 1980s and 1990s?

I rent a 2-bedroom apartment in El Cajon, California, and have lived there for 7 years with a service dog for my Parkinson’s Disease. The apartment complex was sold in 2021, and new management is now requiring a yearly letter from a physician confirming my dog’s service animal status, or I must pay a pet fee. Is this a law, and what are my rights?

I have several inquiries regarding a contract for software as a service (SaaS) agreement with a governmental entity in Jordan. The Jordanian procurement law shall be followed. Specifically, I want to know: 1) If following the Jordanian procurement law implies that the seller doesn't have the right to add any clauses to the contract provided by the buyer (government entity); 2) If it's our right to make a termination clause reciprocal when the government entity's clause allows termination for cause and at convenience; 3) Whether a SaaS contract is considered a services contract or supplier contract and if it is subject to any maintenance bonds.
