I live in Beverly Hills and was contacted by the Pine Ridge Association Manager, Gail Denny, on 07/27/2012, regarding my alleged violation of certain association rules, including cutting trees on my property, planting vegetables in my front yard, and having a clothesline in my front yard. These accusations are false and without merit. This is the second time in less than a year that the Pine Ridge Association has contacted me with unfounded accusations. The manager, Gail Denny, indicated she did not know who called her, and it's policy that the person(s) making the accusations are not required to give their name(s). I feel this is harassment and discrimination directed toward me and my wife.
