I have a patent I want to present to companies. Can I video conference them through Skype, record them with their permission, and verbally get a nondisclosure agreement? If not, what should I do instead, and can you recommend a good NDA template? Also, is it possible to email/fax an NDA for them to fill out and send back without a notary, and should I be cautious about invention submission companies offering standard agreements?

I have a signed court order with regards to a property settlement agreement. I received the money specified in the agreement but do not want to leave my children and home, which was another condition of the agreement. The agreement was signed under duress due to time constraints and financial obligations.
