I live in Idaho and would like to pursue a lawsuit or mediation for an incident that occurred at Cactus Petes in Jackpot, NV on March 14th of this year. Also, I cannot find who to contact in their Legal Department to discuss if they would submit to Idaho Law jurisdiction. In addition, I have had discussions with their Chief of Security, who has viewed their camera tapes and agreed that they acted improperly, but only offered to comp me a room.
