I live in New York and had an argument with people I don't like, during which I briefly moved my car out of the driveway after drinking wine. They called 911, but the police never spoke to me or witnessed the incident. I am concerned that this 'hearsay' evidence might show up on an aviation background check for a customer service job I applied for. Can you tell me if this would appear on a background check and what I can do about it?

Legally, how late does a payment have to be before I can repossess the truck, and what are my rights under the agreement?

In the state of PA, are you supposed to remove copies of photo ID and social security cards from the personnel files after the I-9 forms are completed? I know you are supposed to keep the I-9 forms separate, but I was not sure if the social security cards and photo ID copies needed to be removed and shredded as well. Please advise.
