I'm frustrated because my ex-partner is getting court dates earlier than mine for our divorce proceedings. How can I ensure my motion filings are heard on the same date as his, and is there any way to address issues like him not taking a parenting class or submitting incomplete financial affidavits after the divorce was finalized in September 2022?
