If the lease does not specify the address for the insurance and only mentions adding the name of the apartment to the additional insured, and the landlord gives only one week's notice to update to a new address, then charges and states it's a violation of the lease, is that legal? I thought they had to give 30 days' notice and cannot change rules without adding an addendum to the lease.
