I live in Texas and received an in-depth 48-question American Community Survey census form. I am concerned about which pieces of information are required by law for me to fill out, as some questions are very personal. If all questions are mandatory, what is the maximum fine they can levy for not completing the survey?

I'm going through an amicable divorce in Texas, and we are filing pro se. All community property, including the sale of our house, has been distributed. I want to buy a new principal residence with my share of the proceeds, but the divorce may not be final by the time escrow closes. The lender insists my ex must be on the title because we are not finally divorced, even though our marital settlement agreement states that property purchased after the effective date is the sole property of the purchasing individual. Is the lender's position accurate?

I had a 28 ft camper stored at my friend's place, which I only had a key to. My friend sold the camper without my consent after a dispute. I have a bill of sale for the camper and the original seller is willing to testify that it was sold to me. What do I need to do to get the camper back and hold my friend accountable for her actions?

I received my Associate's Degree in business administration from Everest University Online in 2012, and my student loans amount to over $50,000. I was initially quoted $18,000 and found out that Everest is nationally accredited, not regionally, making my credits non-transferable. I feel blindsided and tricked by the school. Is what Everest is doing 100% legal, and can I fight the amount I owe?

Can I file a motion for reconsideration on a denied motion for a new trial, or should I use the deemed motion to reconsider and rehear and amend it without leave of court? Additionally, is this deemed motion categorized under any kind of FL Civil Procedural Rules, like 1.530 for instance? If I appeal the amended final judgment and win, will it reinstate the original final judgment?
