I live in the state of Maine. My daughter just turned 18. She has withdrawn from high school and will not graduate. She is financially dependent on my husband and I and lives under our roof. She is using alcohol, pot, and other recreational drugs, and we've tried to talk to her about programs. Can we legally place her into a substance abuse program without her consent?

I co-signed for my son-in-law's SUV, but he hasn't paid for about 5 months and I just found out. Wells Fargo told me I cannot pay what he owes and take over to prevent it from affecting my credit.

I live in MN, am on RSDI, and owe back child support, but the situation has changed. I now have legal custody of my son, and his mother is supposed to be paying child support, but she is not. We're both about $4000 behind. They are still coming after me for the back child support I owe even though I now have full legal/physical custody of my son. (Going after my bank accounts, taxes, etc.) Now that I am supporting my son, can they keep harassing me about the back support?
