I live in Walker County (not in city limits) and my neighbor put up a fence a few years ago, which I believe is on my side of the surveyor's corner stake. My neighbor now wants me to move the fence and is planning to remove it and build a drag race strip. What are the laws regarding this situation, and do they have to prove the fence is on their property before removing it? Additionally, is it a felony if they remove the fence while it contains my horses? Should they give me 6 months notice before removing the fence?

My mother and I moved into a single dwelling house. Shortly after, my dad moved in with his children from a previous marriage, and they decided to get married. My dad never put his name on the house; the original trust deed had my mom's brother, myself, my brother, and my sister. They have all passed away, leaving me as the only living dependent. My mom passed away a year ago, followed shortly by my dad, who signed a quitclaim deed over to me, giving me his part of the property. The home is paid for. Where do I go from here to get the title of the home in my name? Can you help me?
