I'm trying to sue an employer for wrongful termination. I've been working for him for almost 8 years under the table, and I can prove employment. He wrongfully evicts tenants and makes me clean and remove their belongings. When a tenant claims something is missing, he makes me pay for it out of my pay. He's also had me lie on the stand in small claims court for him. Now, after refusing to illegally move a tenant's belongings, he fires me. I am also one of his tenants. What legal actions can I take?

I was denied disability benefits, and my lawyer did not fight for me in court. Now, the lawyer has released themselves from my case and won't file an appeal for me. I have many health issues and need a lawyer who will fight for me and file my appeal. Can you help me?

I live in Omaha, Nebraska, and my daughter's father lives in Illinois. He owes me almost $8,000 in child support. I was informed that he is getting unemployment in Illinois, but Nebraska can't intercept it, though they could intercept his earned wages previously. How can I collect this money since the State keeps giving me the run around?
