I lost my Social Security Number (SSN) that I was assigned as a student at The State University of New York at Buffalo 9 years ago. I now have a B1/B2 USA visa and plan to visit San Francisco soon. I don't have a U.S. driver's license, state-issued non-driver's identification card, or U.S. passport. I am a Turkish citizen with an expired U.S. learner's driver permit, a student ID card from Buffalo University, and a valid B1/B2 USA visa. Can I learn my SSN at any SSA offices in San Francisco or Sacramento, CA, rather than my local SSA office in Buffalo, NY, and what documents should I provide to the SSA office?
