I'm 77 years old and my only income is $944 a month from Social Security. I've been found guilty of Breach of Contract to a credit card company and ordered to pay a certain amount and complete a Fact Information sheet. The sheet asks for the names and addresses of my ex-husband and children. I live alone and receive no other support than my social security. I own no property or savings. What can happen if I don't pay the amount ordered, and am I legally responsible to give the names and addresses of my children and ex-husband?

Why is a judge from a different district (District 7) handling my case in District 9, which is not a complex divorce case but rather a dispute over bill payments? What could my ex be hoping to achieve by stalling the case, and how can I address this issue to ensure the case is handled in the correct district by the appropriate judge?

When submitting divorce documents to the court, I was given a form that the court insists must be attached, even though there is no settlement in my case. The form asks for the date of settlement. What should I put on the form or how should I submit it?

On a California medical battery civil malpractice case, I had omissions and errors in my Opening Brief to the California Appellate Court. I sent it as a Notice, but they would not accept it. I had old and new issues that were and were not designated in the lower court, respectively, with new arguments and authorities that were not in the Opening Brief. I sent it as a Notice, but they would not accept it. I followed the California Appellate Court Self-Help guidelines, but they would not explain why. Any ideas?
