I'm bisexual and was in a relationship with another guy. After breaking up, he blackmailed/threatened to release my nudity, threatened to physically assault me, and falsely accused me of rape. We are currently on good terms, but I'm worried he might threaten me again if I end the friendship. My goal is to avoid court and have formal documentation of his confession that all past sexual intercourse was consensual. What is the best solution to my problem? Is mediation a good idea? (He has agreed to organize an agreement where I can't take him to court for the illegal things he did to me in exchange for his confession that the accusations were false and all sexual intercourse was consensual.)

Can I use a physical address in Dutch Harbor, Alaska, and a PO box for mailing purposes because I don't want to use my Washington physical address since I no longer stay there? I need this for receiving mail, such as a replacement Social Security card and online orders that won't accept a PO box.
