I'm taking over a department and want to ensure our payroll deductions are legal. Specifically, our salesmen can order items on our account for resale, and if an item isn't sold, the company wants to deduct $25/week from the employee's paycheck to cover the invoice. Is this legal, and are there any steps we should take before beginning deductions?

I was gifted a horse a few months back, and I have text messages from the previous owner stating the horse is mine. The original owner now wants the horse back. Does the original owner have a right to take him back, and is the text message conversation enough to prove ownership in Georgia, USA?

I think I might have an error 2020 quarter with bats. There seems to be double die on some letters of 'National' and 'Park', 'R' and 'M', the year 2020, and some other letters. Most importantly, the letter initials 'GW' seem to be blended in the medal and you can’t even see the initials. The baby bat seems to have an extra piece of metal near the left ear. What is the value of this quarter and if you see any errors, thank you.
