I have been dealing with my HOA, which is managed by a firm. They failed to take out payments for two months 17 months ago, and despite having my credit card on file for auto pay, I am now delinquent for almost $300-$400 in fees. I have emailed them to explain the situation, but they are not receptive. They are harassing me for extra money, and I believe the delinquent charges should be removed. The HOA board members, who do not like me, must approve any changes. What are my rights, and do I have any legal grounds to challenge these charges?
