I merged my company with a doctor and we had a verbal agreement where I would give him 50% of my profit for his help in advertising, bringing clients, and allowing me to operate out of his office. In return, I would do all the work and pay for my equipment and materials. They later asked for the name of my equipment to buy distribution rights for the entire SE side, which we all agreed to. However, they cut me out and took everything, including buying two new machines of the same type I introduced them to. I trusted them and now I need help. What can I do?
