We have a lease vehicle with 720 miles on it. After discovering mold under the car mats, we took the vehicle back to the GM dealership, who fixed a leak in the air conditioner pan and replaced the carpeting. Is there any law protecting us from mold being in a brand new vehicle and us being required to take the leased vehicle?
