I need help with an online fraud scam. The company, CoinSeaEX, is not allowing me to withdraw my money and is asking for an additional 20% of my total account amount. Additionally, my sister was persuaded to invest by a guy in the USA who told her she could withdraw her money if she deposited another 20%. Can the police arrest this guy as well?
