I need someone to review a contract for an investment in a bar in Texas. I don't understand the verbiage and need clarification on what the contract is saying, particularly regarding the return of my initial investment and the profit sharing. I want to ensure that the profit sharing is controlled and that there are no hidden guidelines allowing the operating owner to change profit sharing percentages after 36 months. Additionally, I'm concerned about the presence of multiple LLCs in the contract and want to protect my finances.

I had a DUI in Pennsylvania. At the Preliminary Hearing, my attorney inquired about ARD for this case, and there was no objection from the prosecutor or arresting officer. I have priors of DUI from less than 20 years ago, including one non-conviction due to ARD and one guilty plea to a first offense. Despite this, they are still willing to possibly give ARD for this recent arrest. Do you believe the prosecutor knew my criminal history at the preliminary hearing, and what happens if the prosecution fails to provide discovery?

A lawsuit has been filed against me for credit card debt in Bronx, NY. I have received a notification from the court to answer the filing. I am currently unemployed and receiving NYS UI weekly. I have three lawsuits for credit card debt with Amex and Chase bank. What should I file as an answer, and is there a way to submit a response online?

I have a residential property in NC. An extended family member who stayed with us as a guest has left a large amount of household goods on our property, currently stored in our garage. She left on July 13th and has not picked up her belongings. What rights do I have to remove the belongings and donate them to Goodwill?

When a District Attorney (DA) files a recusal, does the actual DA also judge the recusal of other DAs, like the ones under him or his senior deputies? Who judges them? Isn't it the DA who disqualifies themselves? What DA actually judges themselves disqualify themselves for a violation?

My son was medically discharged from BMT at Lackland AFB due to H3 Hearing on his right ear, which disqualifies him for his guaranteed job 1D731R (RF Transmission Systems Apprentice). He received a letter from DoD stating he cannot re-enlist in the Air Force. We are unsure why he was discharged instead of being reassigned to a job that fits his hearing level. Can he appeal while in medhold? What options does he have for reenlistment or alternative roles in the military?
