I need to file a complaint against a dealership for damaging my dashcam and refusing to assume responsibility. The dashcam doesn't work anymore, and the manager tried multiple times to make it work but couldn't. It was working when I took the car in. I am located in New Jersey. What should I do?

I received an accusatory email from a previous employer regarding a financial issue. I need to draft a response and would like to ensure my language protects me from any potential claims. What is the best approach to handle this situation?

The Hotel Manager has been harassing us to leave and yesterday I paid the 3 days that I owed. Today they said check out and won't take the payment because they said I didn't make a reservation. Do tenants generally have to reserve the room daily because before all this they didn't. It looks like they are changing the policy day to day and nothing in Writing.

I sent money via Western Union to Africa at the request of a friend. I'm now receiving calls from people claiming to be from the FBI, DOJ, and FTC, each with different explanations and suggesting an ongoing investigation in Africa. They asked for $985 - $2500 supposedly to stop the investigation and clear my name from criminal charges. I gave them my federal ID number. The phone numbers they use don't indicate government messages when leaving messages. They also provided a legal services department phone number. What should I do?

I bought a Jeep from my granddaughter. The finance company refused the domestic wire transfer and has not returned the money or paid off her loan. They are threatening to repossess the Jeep. My granddaughter has the IMD number for the wire transfer that their bank accepted, but the finance company won't help. What can be done to resolve this issue?

My father is in a rehab center in Port Charlotte, FL, where he was being rehabilitated for hip surgery. Recently, he fell and sustained injuries, and the facility is now discussing hospice care. They are trying to get him to sign release papers for fault and have denied me access to visit him multiple times, citing security issues and my father's mental state. I have full power of attorney, but my sister recently obtained a new one, which the facility now recognizes. My father wants to return home and revoke his sister's power of attorney, but the facility claims he is not of sound mind. What legal steps can I take to ensure my father's wishes are respected and to address the potential abuse and discrimination at the facility?
