In the state of Florida, does the 50-50 property split apply to a 3-month marriage?

I have a settlement amount of $187,500.00. My lawyer is paying a $70,000.00 medical lien and a $25,000.00 payment. I believe the normal firm rate is 30% of my settlement, which amounts to $62,500.00 for Legal Fees. They are also taking out $175.00 for Outside Document Services Fees and $408.67 for Administrative Costs (Copies, medical records, postage). That leaves me with a balance of $99,416.33. Are these numbers and the other deductions the lawyer made correct, according to the law? The lawyer is acting kind of shady, like relocating without informing me. I can not get him on the phone. The receptionist told me he did not know the new address and to call him back. I have close to $100,000.00 coming to me and I do not want some hairbrained lawyer running off with it. I need help here. I thought about calling the Atlanta Bar and reporting him. I have been calling to find out if my check has come in. At our last meeting, the lawyer told me it should be about 45 days. What should I do in this situation, when the lawyer is noncommunicative, but he is handling my settlement?

There is a Dunkin Donuts that keeps its food dumpster open and often overflowing with food, attracting squirrels, birds, and eventually rats, leading to a rat infestation on my property. Dunkin Donuts reimbursed me $500 two years ago for expenses related to rat control, but the problem has recurred due to their non-compliance with proper dumpster management. The manager refuses to provide the owner's address or the corporate office's address. What can I do?

I am about to be arrested for a crime I did not commit, specifically Adult Abuse, which is being used as a scapegoat for bank fraud and real estate swindle committed by a high-ranking Eastern Star member who is also a 20-year employee of the Seattle Police Department and a Dr. Rev. The police investigating these crimes are Freemasons and Shriners. I am not a member of any secret society and believe I am being framed. What should I do?

I have applied for Section 42 senior housing, which I understand is based on total income. However, the facility I am interested in also requires my assets from a money market and checking account to be under a certain amount. Is this legal? I have gifted money to my children, but I'm told this cannot be deducted from my money market. I need immediate answers.
