I need to transfer vehicle titles into my name after my brother's passing on 1/21/2020. The vehicles are all paid off, and I have the titles. I am the executor of the estate and authorized to make decisions, but I don't know how to begin the process. Can you guide me on what steps I need to take?

I received arbitration papers from a creditor for a $9,000 debt from my college days, which my father co-signed. I'm a single mom and don't know how to respond or what steps to take. Should I deny the debt, ask for verification, and negotiate a payment plan? Can they garnish my wages before the court date, and what does arbitration mean in this context?

I was just hired by a company named AMW Consulting. I'd like to see if they are legit. I'm in NJ but the company says they are in NY, NY. I've tried to find them through Google with no luck, I have their supposed EIN number which I cannot verify, plus they sent me a few of 'their' websites. My wife is worried they are a scam. Here is a site they told me to check: https://apps.dos.ny.gov/publicInquiry/#search. What are you being hired to do? Do you need to pay them anything or deposit money into your own bank account for them? Why do you think it is a scam?

I’m currently in a lawsuit with my neighbor, they are suing me. It’s gotten to the point that they are taking it too far and making many false accusations. I would like to counter sue, or at least submit a set of requests for admissions, interrogatories, and requests for production. But ideally counter sue. My question is this: my deadline to file my answer to their original complaint was on July 14, which I did. Is there a certain amount of time I have to file a counter? And if so am I too late to submit one? Also, I have all my requests done and printed but am not sure how to submit the actual counter sue itself, is there a certain format I must follow? Where could I find that?

My friend's ex-partner hacked his Google account, deleted his monetized YouTube channel earning $12k a month, and locked him out of all recovery options. We've filed a police report, but they won't help unless she steals the next payout. What legal options do we have to recover the lost income and hold her accountable?
