I opened a checking account with Banner Bank on August 12, 2021, with a cashier's check deposited as the opening balance. The check was held until August 21, and despite the funds being available, the bank is refusing to release the money for a cashier's check I need for a boat purchase. What can I do if I decide to close the account, and will the bank have a say in where my money goes?

I had someone put trail cams in my farmyard without my permission. Is that legal, and if not, what are my options? Also, the person has permission to travel across the property to access storage, but did not ask for permission to place the cameras.

I signed a $5000 marker at a New Jersey casino in July and paid it back with chips before leaving, but the casino claims it was unpaid and demands payment. I did not receive a receipt and only have my bank statement as proof. They threatened legal action. Do I have any legal standing, and what are the implications if I voided the check to avoid being charged twice?
