I own a small delivery company in Georgia, where I hire a driver and a helper. The helper, who is not authorized to drive the vehicle, drove it home after work and hit a person the next morning on the way back to work. My commercial insurance denied the claim because he was not listed on the policy. What could happen to me or my company, and what should I do at this point?
