I paid an attorney in full to file bankruptcy for me, but after many excuses over a year, they never filed it. I fired them and hired another attorney who filed within two weeks and had it discharged a few months later. During this time, my husband’s paycheck was garnished, which did not happen before hiring the first attorney. Is this a case of legal malpractice?
