My friend has 7 beauty salons in 7 different states under one LLC. He never applied for sales tax with any of these states. Do any of these states (NJ, MS, PA, VA, MI) have sales tax on beauty salons or eyebrow threading services?

If a defendant doesn’t show up for an order for examination related to a small claims case, can I ask the court to issue another subpoena? Also, will a bench warrant on the defendant be automatic or do I need to request it from the judge?
