If a defendant doesn’t show up for an order for examination related to a small claims case, can I ask the court to issue another subpoena? Also, will a bench warrant on the defendant be automatic or do I need to request it from the judge?

For my photography business, clients will digitally receive their photos. To calculate sales tax, do I charge them the rate of the parish where my business is located (my home) or do I charge them the sales tax based on the rate of the parish where their photo shoot took place? I take outdoor photos in public places, but I do this in two different parishes (Orleans and St. Tammany). I'm in Louisiana. Additionally, how often do I turn in my sales tax payments, and is the $500 threshold for sales tax payments based on the total amount taken in or just the sales tax amount?

I am transitioning from a pet sitting business to offering online canine communication courses for daycare owners and their staff. I currently have insurance for pet sitting and training, but I'm unsure what kind of insurance I need for this new service. Should I set up a new business entity, and do I still need training insurance if there will be no one-on-one contact with clients?
