Is it wise to inform a creditor that I will be forced to protect my wages and bank with an exemption if we do not reach a settlement? Additionally, can I mention my financial hardship, the fact that I am the sole income provider for a family of five, and the possibility of filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy if a settlement cannot be reached? The lawsuit is for $5300, which includes collection attorney costs and fees. Would it be realistic to offer a lump sum of $2000 as a settlement?

We were scammed by a bank representative who falsely put us through a fake loan. The representative was supposedly based in Bellevue, WA, and we put down a total of $140k as a down payment, which was never recorded. The lender no longer works at the bank, and the financial institution has no record of our down payment. We have reported this to local authorities but need legal assistance to recover our money. I’ve dealt with psychosis or brain fog my whole life, and now my brain feels like it’s altering and coming back to a clearer reality, which is scaring me. I was presented with an Arizona driver's license as ID. How do I know if this is only photoshopped? The driver's license number is the same as the sample driver's license of Arizona for new drivers issued in 2023, which is posted online as a sample. I would like to verify the authenticity of this driver's license.

Need help tracking family property in Mexico. I don't speak Spanish and have no idea where to start. I have legal records, contracts, and a contract confirming the property was paid off around 1980. The family member who bought it passed away in 2001, and my father, who was the executor of the will, neglected to follow through on further research. The property seems to have been in a proposed housing development.
