I received a cease and desist letter from Arbonne International via Vorys. I am based in Washington and Oregon, and I have addresses in both states. I received this letter back in November and again recently after relisting my products on eBay under a new name. I am trying to sell off my old stock of Arbonne products that I bought when I was a consultant, but I am no longer affiliated with the company. I am concerned about potential legal ramifications and want to know if there is a statement I can make on my eBay page to protect myself. Additionally, I want to understand if Arbonne is likely to sue me for selling these discontinued products, especially since many others are doing the same.

I was arrested for loitering in Georgia after stopping at someone else's house by mistake. My attorney says I have no hope for pleading innocent. What are my options, and how does the law apply to my situation?

I got stuck in a car lease and can't afford the payments. I live in Virginia and the car is brand new. I took it back to the dealership to trade for a cheaper car, but they said I was stuck. Can I have it repossessed, and will they charge me for this? Additionally, I recently had eye surgery and wasn't seeing well when I signed the lease, and the dealership didn't disclose the full amount until after I signed the papers. How can I get out of this lease?

My partner of 30 years died without a will in Washington state. Will the court contact relatives for inheritance of the estate? We don't know what to do. There are 3 adult children and myself. The kids would rather I be in charge. It has been decided that the house would go to me and the bank account and another account would go to them.
