I received a cease and desist letter from my ex-wife asking me to stop emailing and texting her. I admit I communicated with her too much, but she was reading my messages without responding. She did not formally ask me to stop until 3/11, which I have complied with. I have blocked her number and all forms of communication, using an application for our son's communication. Additionally, she lied about our declared assets and income, and there are serious behavior issues with our son at her house, including questionable actions by her boyfriend and her mother smoking around him. She is also trying to get full custody of our son. Do I need to respond to the letter, and what should I do about her custody attempts and the issues with our son?
